AAON™

Aaon manufactures specialty packaged Air Conditioning, Heating and Ventilation equipment featuring energy management options such as economizer controls, heat recovery wheels, power exhaust and modulating outside air dampers. Premium Mechanical personnel commissions and performs warranty service for the local distributor as well as consult with end users in an effort to maintain equipment to manufacturers recommendations. Custom design-build cooling, heating and ventilation applications as well as data center or industrial Precision Environmental Control can be developed upon request.

 

Chiller Service

We install and service many brands and types of chillers.  These types include; Centrifugal, Helical Screw, Horizontal Screw, Scroll, Hermetic Reciprocating and Semi-Hermetic Reciprocating equipment.

 

Rental Chillers and Boilers

When downtime of equipment is unacceptable, we can provide rental chillers for temporary or extended use at competitive rates.  Our association with Chiller Systems Group provides us the availability of equipment from one of the nations largest suppliers of rental chillers.  Through this source, we can meet or beat any price offered by other service organizations in the area.  Premium Building Services is authorized to provide startup and any technical support for these rental chillers.  Our customers don't have to contact a third party somewhere else to schedule startup or get technical assistance related to the rental chiller.  Premium Mechanical Services can do it all with our local technical staff.

 

Heating Equipment

We work on boilers, furnaces, water heaters, pool heaters, humidifiers and direct fired units of every make.  Natural gas, propane or fuel oil.  We do combustion analysis and set up burners for safe and efficient operation.  Check, calibrate and troubleshoot or replace safety and operating controls. From cleaning or replacing tubes and heat exchangers to complete change out of equipment.  We work on steam valves and traps, regulating valves, condensate pumps and lift stations. 

 

Automation Controls

Pneumatic, electrical-mechanical and microprocessor controls.  From the simplest residential thermostat to large special purpose control panels.  We can install and service several brands of unit controls and complete building automation systems.  We welcome retrofit projects that the big companies won't touch.

Designed and constructed to meet or exceed requirements. Premium personnel take pride in the finished product.
